Responsible for managing corporate customer relationships, handling inquiries and service requests, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting business growth by maintaining strong client engagement and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
