About the RoleWe are seeking an organized and proactive Event Site Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of operations for a large-scale international football tournament

Working as part of the Venue Operations team, you will help coordinate day-to-day site activities, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and support operational readiness to ensure a seamless event experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world-class sporting event and gain hands-on experience in international event delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and coordination of daily operations at an assigned event site.
- Coordinate with internal teams, venue representatives, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Assist with site readiness activities, including venue setup, inspections, operational testing, and rehearsals.
- Monitor project timelines, operational milestones, and follow up on outstanding action items.
- Support the coordination of venue facilities, access management, signage, and other operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, site briefings, and operational workshops.
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide on-site operational support during event delivery and match days.
- Escalate operational issues when required and assist in implementing timely solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Sports Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, operations, project coordination, hospitality, logistics, administration, facilities management, or a similar role.
- KSA nationals only in compliance with local KSA law
- Experience supporting sporting events, conferences, exhibitions, festivals, concerts, or other large-scale events is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on the event schedule.
