Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist you are responsible for driving world class customer experience, answering calls, chats, or emails assigned in a timely manner with outstanding emotionally intelligent support in the GCC markets.

You are a brand champion with incredible problem-solving skills, not afraid of difficult questions, troubleshooting issues with the customer and providing as much information as possible to the tech team to resolve it in record time.

You work efficiently, multitask, and address customers with a positive can-do attitude to offer the most amazing, friendly, and helpful customer experience. You are an excellent listener, passionate and empathetic, and utilize these strong assets to ensure positive communication when dealing with all stakeholders internally and externally, especially our lovely customers.

You are the voice of the customer in Invygo and promote their feedback internally, driving insights to Product Development teams to enhance the experience through product improvement. You report to the Customer Support Team Leader and work in a multicultural environment with great possibility of growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the customer support process.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through the rental process.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer support role.
  • Native proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Technical proficiency in Freshdesk, Freshcat, Ziwo or similar software.
  • Must be able to work from the office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
