We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager based in Riyadh with 10+ years of experience to lead customer experience transformation initiatives, optimize end-to-end customer journeys, and drive service excellence across the organization. Candidates who are immediately available are preferred. Arabic fluency is required.
Key Responsibilities- Lead customer experience transformation initiatives.
- Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.
- Drive service improvements using customer insights and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer experience strategies.
- Define and track CX KPIs (e.g., NPS, CSAT, CES).
- Prepare executive presentations and manage key stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Business Transformation, or Management Consulting.
- Previous experience in a leading consulting firm is preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and service design.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
