Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about products and services. The goal is to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software/CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
