Mina Excellence is seeking a proactive Collections Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Riyadh. You will manage customer accounts, follow up on invoices, and support cash flow while delivering excellent service.
You will contact customers, update systems, and prepare reports, coordinating with teams to resolve payment issues and maintain strong relationships. Fluent English and Arabic are required for this role.
