• Answer inbound calls professionally.
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding services and clinic policies.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Handle complaints professionally and eliminate when required.
• Meet daily productivity and service quality targets.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in a call center or customer service is preferred.
• Good computer skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
