Alkhorayef Energy Systems (AES) is looking for a qualified Customer Care Officer to join our team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
- Create, assign, and follow up on customer leads.
- Register customer complaints and follow up with the concerned departments until resolution.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and accurately record feedback.
- Monitor customer interactions through emails, chatbot, and other service channels.
- Support supplier registration, tender coordination, PQD documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
- Escalate overdue or unresolved cases to the CRM Team Lead.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer care or customer service.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Work Location: Second Industrial City, Riyadh
