Cashier, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accurate and compliant cashiering operations. Handles customer inquiries, billing, returns, warranty cases, and financial transactions in line with company policies. Supports smooth store operations, customer satisfaction, financial accuracy, and loss prevention.

• Cashiering & Financial Control
• Process POS transactions and issue receipts.
• Handle multiple payment methods accurately.
• Ensure zero cash variance and daily reconciliation.
• Prepare deposits and Z-out reports.
• Maintain proper cash control and counter organization.
• Customer Service
• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Provide accurate product, promotion, and policy information.
• Handle complaints, returns, exchanges, and warranty cases.
• Manage queues and ensure timely service.
• Follow up on repair and return cases.
• Operations & Compliance
• Ensure POS systems are operational.
• Follow SOPs, financial controls, and safety procedures.
• Report system issues and suspicious activities.
• Warranty & Returns
• Dispatch warranty items within TAT.
• Track supplier returns and follow up.
• Process returns as per company policy.

• Experience:
  
  1–3 years in cashiering/customer service (retail preferred).
• Education:
  
  High school or diploma (graduate preferred).
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication (Arabic & English preferred), POS proficiency, MS Excel basics, attention to detail, customer-focused approach.
