Head Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day front desk and patient reception experience
• Manage appointments payments and patient communication
• Handle phone Whats App and in-clinic enquiries professionally
• Follow up with patients and help keep them on track with their scheduled care
• Work closely with the Clinic Manager chiropractors and Chiropractic Assistants
• Maintain an organized welcoming and high-standard front desk environment

• Diploma or higher.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality or healthcare.
• Fluent Arabic and strong conversational English.
• Warm, confident and professional communication.
• Strong organization, time management and ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
• A high-standard service mindset and genuine interest in patient experience.
• Comfortable with basic math and day-to-day calculations, including handling payments accurately.
• Comfortable with everyday digital tools, online platforms and scheduling systems.
• Reliable, proactive and team-oriented.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality or another high-standard service environment.
• Strong confidence with digital tools and modern workplace systems.
