About the Role
Ibtisamat Al-Nujoom Dental Clinics is looking for a Call Center Agent to join the team, handling patient inquiries and appointment bookings over the phone.
Duties and Responsibilities- Answer patient calls and respond to inquiries
- Book, confirm, and reschedule check-up and treatment appointments
- Record and update patient information in the system
- Contact patients to remind them of their appointments
- Transfer specialized calls to the appropriate department or doctor
- Maintain a high level of customer service on every call
- 8-hour shifts
- 1 day off per week
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the medical sector
- Strong communication skills with a clear voice and polite phone manner
- Proficiency in computer use and appointment management systems
- Fluent in Arabic, English proficiency preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls
