Job duties:

• Receiving incoming calls via the Authority's unified number and providing high-quality service to investors.
• Responding to inquiries from partners and investors at various stages, from initial inquiry to application submission and follow-up.
• Complaints and support requests are registered through the electronic system, and are continuously monitored to ensure they are resolved efficiently, and to enhance coordination between the relevant authorities.
• Providing investors with accurate information about the status of their past and current applications, and helping them complete electronic applications easily.
• Sending invoices and account statements, and providing the necessary technical support to address any problems that investors may encounter.
• Adherence to approved quality standards, and working to achieve investor and partner satisfaction after providing appropriate solutions.

A high school diploma is the minimum requirement, and a diploma is preferred.

Previous experience in customer service or dealing with customers is required.

The age must be at least 21 years.

Proficiency in English at a good level, both spoken and written.

Possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and tactfully.
