Main responsibilities and tasks

Daily responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their complaints via telephone, email, and social media platforms.

Providing accurate information about the company's products and services.

Documenting all customer interactions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Analyzing customer problems and providing effective and rapid solutions.

Escalate complex problems to the relevant management or departments when necessary.

Contributing to improving service quality by sharing internal feedback.

Required qualifications

High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

• Advertising and Marketing Communication
• Public Relations
• Customer Service
• Executive Secretariat

Experience

One year of experience in customer service or a similar field.

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic, and English (preferred).
• The ability to cope with work pressures and difficult situations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• PMP – Project Management Professional Certification
• CCNA Certification
• Cambridge Certificate in Information Technology Skills
• HRMP – HRBP Human Resources Certifications
• PHRi certification
