Concierge

To provide professional front-desk and concierge services, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality experience for visitors, employees, clients, and guests while managing general administrative support.

• Welcome and greet all visitors, employees, clients, and guests professionally.
• Manage and maintain the reception/front desk in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or person.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), Information Security, and Business Continuity policies and procedures.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist, Concierge, Front Desk Officer, Guest Relations, or Customer Service Representative, preferably in a corporate, hospitality, facilities management, residential, or customer-facing environment.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
