We are looking for a Ticketing & Travel working directly from our client’s premises as part of our Implant project.
Experience: 3–5 years
Key Responsibilities- Book, issue, reissue, and refund air tickets using Amadeus / Sabre
- Handle flight changes, cancellations, and urgent bookings
- Prepare travel itineraries and identify the best available fares
- Manage hotel and other non-air travel bookings
- Handle client requests professionally via phone and email
- Provide alternative travel solutions when required
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and account procedures
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Travel / Business Travel
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre
- Solid experience in ticketing, fare rules, and itinerary preparation
- Experience with B2B hotel booking platforms such as TBO / Hotelbeds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests
