Senior Resident Architect

Our client is an engineering and architectural consultancy looking for a resident senior architect for various building projects in their head office in Al Khobar. You will be working in the construction industry designing new buildings, restoring and conserving old buildings, and developing new ways of using existing buildings. They are involved in construction projects from the earliest stages right through to completion.

• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
• Advising clients
• Producing detailed drawings
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
• Coordinating the work of contractors
• Making site visits to check on progress

The ideal candidate will have a western degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 15 years experience
• GCC experience preferable
• Buildings design experience essential, preferably high rise
