• Contribute to creative ideation and interpret briefs for digital projects.
• Present design concepts, act on feedback, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Manage design projects end‑to‑end, balancing short and long‑term workloads.
• Apply user‑centred design principles to enhance experience and accessibility.
• Lead creative support for marketing campaigns, including emails, infographics, and interactive content.
• Project manage photo and video shoots, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Maintain and optimise the Mace Image Library with accurate tagging and metadata.
• Monitor engagement trends and champion continuous improvement and sustainability goals.

• Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
• 6+ years postgraduate professional experience is essential.
• Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is an advantage.
• Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
