Job Title: Designer Architect (Hospitality, F&B, Residential, Master planning)

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Designer Architect to join their dynamic team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of a wide range of projects, including hospitality, F&B, residential, and master planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet client requirements and project objectives.
• Develop creative and innovative design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient.
• Conduct site visits, gather data, and analyze project requirements.
• Prepare and present design concepts, sketches, and presentations to clients.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other disciplines, including structural, MEP, and landscape architects.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and materials.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies as required.
• Oversee the construction phase, providing technical support and resolving any design-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on Specific areas of expertise, hospitality, F&B, and residential.
• Proven experience in [Specific software, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3D Max].
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential, Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
