- Lead the development of design concepts and manage the architectural design process from inception through completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs, translating ideas into actionable designs.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations using CAD and other design tools.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate all aspects of project design.
- Conduct design reviews, ensuring designs adhere to regulations, codes, and quality standards.
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and design staff, fostering professional development.
- Stay updated with trends in architecture and design, incorporating innovative techniques into projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 18 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proven expertise in leading design projects and managing teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Licensure as a registered architect is preferred.
