Requirement

• Looking for someone who has handled Frontline projects and somebody with atleast 2 big 5star projects in GCC . Someone who has Architect degree .

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Interior Design Site Supervision team (Architects, Inspectors, Document Control).
• Ensure compliance with Construction & Employer Contracts (FIDIC) and company's QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with designers, sub-consultants, contractors, PM, and client teams.
• Oversee pre-engineering activities including RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, mockups, and samples.
• Manage site inspections, QA/QC processes, ITPs, method statements, NCNs, CSOs, and site instructions.
• Review contractor submissions, progress reports, programs, and payment applications.
• Chair and attend technical, QA/QC, progress, and close-out meetings; issue MOMs.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, daily diaries, inspection records, and progress reports.
• Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and protection of works.
• Support value engineering, change management, and client variations.
• Coordinate local authority approvals and consultant deliverables.
• Lead final inspections, snagging, de-snagging, and project close-out including as-builts and O&M manuals.
