Awtad, a premier real estate company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a creative and passionate Architectural / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative and aesthetically pleasing spaces that reflect the needs and aspirations of our clients. Your expertise in both architecture and interior design will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of our properties.

Working closely with architects, clients, and contractors, you will transform conceptual ideas into comprehensive design solutions, ensuring that each project aligns with Awtad's commitment to quality, sustainability, and excellence in real estate development.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for various projects
• Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and renderings for architectural and interior projects
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with design concepts and provide cost‑effective solutions
• Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers throughout the design and construction phases
• Stay updated with design trends, innovative materials, and technologies in the industry

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural and interior design
• Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, 3D Max, and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and design standards
• Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
