Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Interpret architectural and engineering sketches and convert them into technical drawings.
Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve design discrepancies.
Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and project specifications.
Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives.
Assist in quantity take-offs and material specifications when required.
SkillsEducation:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Civil Engineering.
Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
