To design, develop, and standardize interior spaces for company branches in alignment with the approved brand identity, ensuring consistency, functionality, and an enhanced customer experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop interior design concepts for new and existing branches in accordance with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Prepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations for execution.
- Supervise and follow up on the implementation of approved designs to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to ensure proper execution of design works.
- Propose practical and cost-effective design solutions suitable for different branch spaces.
- Monitor renovation, maintenance, and design modification works for branches as required.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
- Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, codes, and applicable standards.
- Maintain and document design standards and specifications for future reference.
