Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist in Workplace Interior Design & Compliance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our workplace environments meet high standards of design, functionality, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Your expertise in interior design, coupled with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design compliance and enhancement projects across all offices.
- Align existing offices with approved space plans and workplace standards.
- Participate in delivery of all active offices.
- Enforce standardized workplace design across all new developments.
- Address inconsistent design across a rapidly expanding portfolio.
- Rework and cost escalation on new offices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field;
Master’s degree is a plus. - 2-4 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on workplace design.
- Experience in corporate workplace design and fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of space standards and compliance
