BIM Architect

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, creating and overseeing architectural drawings, and ensuring the integration of BIM data into construction documentation. Daily tasks will include creating construction drawings, developing submittals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Proficiency in Architecture and an understanding of architectural principles is essential.
• Strong skills in creating accurate Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings.
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation and execution.
• Experience with Submittals and their processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with relevant software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
