Lead Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our team based in Dubai
, working on high-profile hospitality projects located in Saudi Arabia
, with regular travel between Dubai and KSA
.

Minimum5+ years of professional experience
in interior design

• Strong
  hospitality background (F&B, hotels, branded residences, etc.)
• Proven experience delivering
  projects in Saudi Arabia / the Middle East
• Ability and willingness to
  travel regularly between Dubai and Saudi Arabia

• Lead interior design projects for
  Saudi-based developments from concept to delivery
• Manage and coordinate design teams, consultants, and stakeholders across regions
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and attention to detail throughout all phases
• Lead client presentations and act as a key client-facing representative
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets

• Strong creative vision with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident, professional communicator with solid client-facing experience
• Ability to manage complex projects across different sectors and locations
• Strong understanding of
  Saudi context, culture, and design sensibilities
• Passion for design excellence and delivering high-quality, meaningful spaces
