We are looking for an architect with:
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Building Code.
- Passion for architecture, design quality, and problem‑solving.
- Ability to work across different project types and environments.
- Adaptable to changing project requirements and fast‑paced workflows.
- Lead architectural design from concept to execution.
- Prepare architectural drawings, models, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure projects meet design, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site visits and oversee project progress.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Building Code.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Professional development in the Balanced Design concept.
