Site Architect

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect to join our construction and design team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural activities on-site, ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Supervise on-site architectural works and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Review architectural drawings, materials, and technical documents
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve design-related issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Support project coordination from design development through project completion

• Saudi nationality is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Previous experience in site architecture, construction, or project supervision
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and site execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
