As an Architectural Engineer, you will contribute to detailed design and documentation work across residential and mixed‑use development projects. You will produce CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, and site inspection reports while ensuring design standards and regulatory compliance are met throughout the lifecycle of each assignment.

• Develop architectural CAD drawings, renderings, and construction documents based on general design inputs
• Prepare technical layouts, color boards, study models, and presentation materials
• Utilize technical codes and architectural standards to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conduct routine site inspections and document architectural features or design observations
• Compile data, perform dimensional calculations, and assist in developing design solutions
• Revise and redline design documents as needed to align with feedback and project changes
• Interface with interior designers, project architects, and engineering teams to meet shared milestones
• Research materials, design products, and best practices relevant to Saudi Arabia's residential sector
• Contribute to achieving technical excellence and on‑time delivery in design tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is mandatory
• 5 years of architectural experience, preferably on residential or housing projects in Saudi Arabia
• Proficient in AutoCAD and related design software used in architectural design
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, materials, and interior architecture practices
• Skilled in sketching, modeling, design research, and presentation drawing
• Strong visual communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams
