• Lead design management activities across building and urban development projects
• Collaborate with design leadership and client teams to align project objectives
• Manage consultants and ensure delivery of high-quality design outputs through all project stages
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Plan and manage workflows, ensuring efficient reporting and project planning processes
• Act as a key liaison with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
• Prepare client reports, technical proposals, work plans, and project schedules
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and project standards
• Support design quality, innovation, and sustainability across all project phases

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum 10 years of experience in building design, master planning, and urban development
• Proven experience managing teams within architecture or engineering environments
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and development standards
• Strong leadership and project delivery capabilities
• Knowledge of sustainability standards such as LEED or Mostadam
• Excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic as an advantage
