• Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to confirm compliance with approved designs, building codes, and regulations
• Perform on‑site inspections at various construction stages to ensure architectural works meet quality and compliance requirements
• Identify, document, and report deviations from approved drawings or regulatory standards
• Prepare detailed inspection and compliance reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance closure
• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and project documentation
• Stay current with updates to Saudi building codes, regulations, and architectural standards
• Promote sustainable building practices and green architecture initiatives where applicable
• Provide expert technical advice to improve architectural design quality and construction outcomes

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural inspection or architectural supervision roles
• Strong understanding of architectural construction methods and quality control processes

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and architectural design documentation
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Professional inspection certification is an advantage
• English proficiency required, Arabic knowledge is an advantage
