• Review architectural drawings, plans, and technical specifications for stadium and sports facility projects
• Conduct on-site inspections at all construction stages to ensure compliance with approved designs and Saudi regulations
• Identify, document, and report deviations, non‑compliances, and construction quality issues
• Verify compliance with stadium‑specific safety standards, crowd flow, accessibility, and emergency egress requirements
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and consultants
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve architectural and constructability challenges
• Inspect specialized stadium elements including seating bowls, concourses, roofs, façades, and lighting interfaces
• Promote sustainable construction practices and compliance with green building principles
• Maintain accurate inspection records, photographic documentation, and project logs
• Stay updated on Saudi Building Code requirements and international standards for large public venues

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural inspection, including stadiums or large public facilities
• Strong background in major construction projects within the Middle East

• Excellent knowledge of Saudi building codes and international architectural standards
• Proven experience inspecting stadium structures and large‑capacity public venues
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and interpretation of complex architectural drawings
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and reporting capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple inspections and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage
