Job Description
- Lead and manage architectural design stages from concept to detailed design
- Review and validate design drawings, BOQs and technical documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and client requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Follow up on project deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality output
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design
- Previous experience within real estate developers or construction companies is a must
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and design tools
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
