We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect to join our construction and design team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural activities on-site, ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise on-site architectural works and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Review architectural drawings, materials, and technical documents.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Support project coordination from design development through project completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Previous experience in site architecture, construction, or project supervision.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced construction environment.
- Saudi nationality is required.
