to serve as the lead architectural authority on site at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, ensuring the contractor executes all architectural works in strict accordance with approved contract documents, drawings, specifications, and materials approvals. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 12 years of total industry experience
  , with at least 5 years at Senior Architect level in a site supervision or construction administration role on large-scale projects.
• Hands‑on construction site experience on projects of comparable architectural complexity, scale, and construction contract value
  , including direct involvement in RFI resolution, shop drawing review, materials approval, and on‑site quality inspection throughout the construction phase.
• Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent recognized qualification).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential;
  Arabic is an advantage.

• Thorough knowledge of construction detailing, materials, building envelope systems, and finish specifications
  , with the ability to identify non-conformances in the field.
• Extensive experience in RFI management, shop drawing review, and construction administration for complex architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, ITP processes, and NCR administration on major construction contracts.
• Good working knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), Amanah Al‑Riyadh regulatory requirements
  , and statutory authority standards as they apply to construction inspection.
• Proficiency in document management platforms (e.g., Aconex, Procore) and working knowledge of BIM for construction coordination.
• Clear and precise written communication skills for site reporting, NCR issuance, and formal site instructions.
• Registration with ARB (UK), NCAAB (KSA), or equivalent recognized professional body is required.
