Senior Architect – Riyadh, KSA

We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our award‑winning team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on design coordination and project delivery in landscape projects.

• Maintain professional relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are met.
• Ensure delivery of contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
• Submit shop drawings and material submittals against drawings & specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practice.
• Ensure compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Applicants should have:

• 12 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Design Coordination experience is essential (landscape projects).
• Preferred GCC Nationals.
