Technical Architecture Manager

Mobco Group is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Technical Architecture Manager to join our team for the prestigious Diriyah Project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural background and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction and design management of large-scale hospitality, luxury hotel, mixed‑use, and high‑end development projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all architectural technical aspects of the project, ensuring design compliance, coordinating between consultants and site teams, resolving technical issues, and supporting project execution from design development through construction and handover.

• Lead and manage all architectural technical activities related to the project.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, hospitality brand standards, consultant specifications, local regulations, and international best practices.
• Coordinate with design consultants, clients, project management teams, and site construction teams to resolve architectural and technical issues.
• Manage architectural design development, value engineering initiatives, and design optimization efforts.
• Review and validate architectural RFIs, technical queries, and design changes.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, and Specialist Systems teams to ensure multidisciplinary integration.
• Lead architectural workshops, technical meetings, and design coordination sessions.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review and approve architectural mock‑ups, materials, finishes, and samples.
• Support procurement teams during technical evaluation of architectural materials and specialist subcontractors.
• Manage design revisions, change orders, and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in project progress meetings and provide technical reports to senior management.
• Support project handover activities, snagging, close‑out documentation, and final approvals.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Mandatory).
• Master's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional registration or membership with a recognized architectural body is an advantage.

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in architecture, technical design management, and construction.
• Proven experience in large-scale hospitality, luxury hotel, mixed‑use, and high-end building developments.
• Previous experience working on luxury hospitality projects with international hotel operators and hospitality brands is mandatory.
• Experience in major developments within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred.
• Previous involvement in projects of similar scale and complexity to the Diriyah Development Project is highly desirable.
• Strong background in architectural design coordination, technical reviews, and construction support.
