Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for an Interior Fit‑Out and Finishing Supervisor. The supervisor will oversee day‑to‑day execution of interior fit‑out and finishing activities, including monitoring site progress, coordinating trades, and ensuring work adheres to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning daily tasks, supervising subcontractors and site labor, checking finishing materials and workmanship, and ensuring proper installation of furniture, joinery, and decorative elements.
The role also involves reviewing drawings, resolving on‑site issues, tracking materials, and reporting progress, risks, and delays to management. The supervisor will enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized work site, and collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to achieve timely, on‑budget delivery.
- Proven experience supervising interior fit‑out and finishing works, ideally in high‑end residential, retail, or showroom projects.
- Strong understanding of interior finishes, joinery, furniture installation, and quality control for luxury spaces.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and shop drawings, and translate them into clear instructions on site.
- Skilled in site coordination, scheduling daily activities, and managing subcontractors and labor teams.
- Knowledge of site safety practices, local building standards, and best practices for interior construction and finishing.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle client and designer feedback professionally.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on workmanship, alignment, color matching, and overall visual consistency.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, such as site reports, snag lists, and material tracking.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working in Riyadh or the region and familiarity with local suppliers and practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work on‑site full time, manage changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
