Senior Design Manager

A leading real estate developer is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join its Development team in Riyadh.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the design process across major, hospitality, residential and master planned developments, ensuring design excellence, technical compliance and successful project delivery from concept through construction documentation.

• Lead the full design lifecycle across complex development projects
• Manage multidisciplinary design consultants and specialist advisors
• Coordinate architecture, landscape, structural, MEP, interiors and infrastructure disciplines
• Drive design quality, technical compliance, programme adherence and budget alignment
• Facilitate design workshops, technical reviews and stakeholder engagement
• Identify design risks and support value engineering initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Development, Construction, Procurement and Commercial teams

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Urban Design or a related discipline
• 12+ years of relevant experience within developers, PMCs or leading international consultancies
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary design teams on large-scale developments
• Experience across luxury hospitality, high-rise residential developments and master planned communities is highly desirable
