Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between owners, developers, and internal Adeera teams.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment with project timelines, submissions, and approvals.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and define clear project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project schedules, construction progress, and ensure readiness for hotel handover.
- Coordinate all design stages including architecture, interiors, lighting, landscape, and way finding.
- Ensure design outputs align with Adeera brand standards and operational requirements.
- Support technical decision-making throughout design and construction phases.
- Resolve design and construction challenges in collaboration with consultants and stakeholders.
- Track key milestones, risks, and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely reporting on project status, approvals, and any potential risks impacting delivery.
- Guide stakeholders on brand standards implementation and ensure adherence across all project stages.
- Contribute to localization and enhancement of brand standards within the Saudi market.
- Lead site inspections and oversee testing and commissioning (T&C) and defect snagging processes to ensure readiness and quality compliance.
- Conduct project assessments and support PIP evaluations for development approval.
- Provide recommendations to enhance project feasibility and alignment with Adeera objectives.
- Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and site visits to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Manage travel planning and logistics for stakeholders when required across project phases.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in hospitality project management or related roles. Proven experience managing design and construction projects within hospitality. Strong understanding of project timelines, scheduling, and risk management. Ability to travel within KSA as required.
