We are currently seeking a highly creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare projects and a strong understanding of healthcare design standards, patient-centered environments, and functional space planning.
About the RoleThe selected candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior design solutions while ensuring compliance with project requirements, regulations, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed design packages for healthcare facilities.
- Prepare and review space planning, material selections, finishes, furniture layouts, and interior specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, medical planners, and other project stakeholders to ensure design integration.
- Ensure all interior designs comply with healthcare regulations, international standards, and client requirements.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups related to interior works.
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and project presentations.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support during construction and fit-out phases.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve design-related issues.
- Prepare reports, design documentation, and project deliverables as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Mandatory healthcare project experience.
- Proven experience in the design of hospitals, medical centers, clinics, or healthcare facilities.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare planning principles, materials, finishes, and interior design standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Strong creative, conceptual, and technical design abilities.
- Excellent space planning and detailing skills.
- Strong coordination and multidisciplinary teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
