Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our design team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in commercial buildings, residential projects, and real estate developments. The role is primarily office-based and involves architectural design review, technical coordination, design management, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The candidate will act as a senior member of the design team, ensuring architectural quality, design coordination, and compliance with project requirements while working closely with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and other project stakeholders.

• Review architectural drawings, design packages, technical submissions, and consultant deliverables.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, local regulations, and international standards.
• Review concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, coordination issues, and design conflicts.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination
• Coordinate architectural designs with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Interior Design teams.
• Review interdisciplinary drawings and ensure proper integration of all building systems.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and technical workshops.
• Resolve design clashes and coordination issues proactively.
• Technical Management
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and consultant proposals.
• Provide technical comments and recommendations on architectural submissions.
• Ensure high-quality drafting standards and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications and design intent.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a senior architectural representative within the design team.
• Guide junior architects and provide technical mentorship.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Support project managers in achieving project objectives and deliverables.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

• Strong experience in commercial and residential building projects.
• Real Estate project experience will be highly preferred.

• Strong technical design review and coordination capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Gulf/Middle East project experience will be an added advantage.
