Architectural Designer

Responsible for developing architectural design concepts and supporting project feasibility studies, while identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities that contribute to the company's growth in the real estate development sector. Combines architectural creativity with business development expertise to turn project visions into executable, commercially viable opportunities.

• Develop conceptual architectural designs and early design phases aligned with project vision and market needs.
• Prepare and study the optimal use of land and projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, visuals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and relevant parties to ensure design integration.
• Ensure designs comply with municipal regulations and requirements.
• Follow up on design development stages through to the execution phase.
• Search for and evaluate new investment opportunities and real estate projects.
• Prepare market studies and competitive analysis to support investment decisions.
• Participate in preparing feasibility studies and financial models for projects.
• Build and develop relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
• Support the preparation of presentations, competitions, and project bids.
• Contribute to developing the company's growth strategy and project portfolio.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (MBA or Master's in Real Estate Development preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, real estate development, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate project lifecycle and feasibility studies.
• Experience or understanding of business development or investment analysis is a plus.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
