Roles & Responsibilities- Prepare interior design concepts and detailed shop drawings.
- Develop and produce realistic 3D models and renderings.
- Supervise finishing and fit-out works on-site.
- Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Prepare site reports and monitor project progress.
- Select suitable materials and finishing products for projects.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Design and coordinate laboratory and hospital projects according to technical and operational requirements.
- Arabic nationality and currently based in Riyadh.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design and finishing works.
- Experience in laboratory, hospital, and healthcare facility design.
- Strong proficiency in engineering and 3D design software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
- Strong site supervision, coordination, and project management skills.
- Preferably experienced in cleanroom requirements and medical/laboratory facility standards.
