Role OverviewOversee the green infrastructure, public realms, and sustainable urban landscapes of a major residential urban community development. The role requires immediate mobilization and on‑site leadership, ensuring designs adhere to client vision and international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- On‑Site Supervision: Oversee all landscape construction activities on‑site, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation networks, water features, and outdoor public amenities.
- Design & Technical Review: Review, evaluate, and approve contractor shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and mock‑ups against contract documents and NHC specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with approved design drawings, health and safety regulations, and premium quality standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for landscape matters on‑site, bridging communication between CCG leadership, the NHC client representatives, and main contractors.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor construction schedules, identify site bottlenecks early, and recommend corrective engineering solutions to keep the landscape package on track over the 4‑year project life cycle.
- Material Evaluation: Inspect delivered landscaping materials (including large‑scale specimen flora, soil mixes, and hardscape finishes) to ensure durability and suitability for the Riyadh climate.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a closely related architectural discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience with a heavy emphasis on site supervision and delivery of large‑scale residential communities, public parks, or master‑planned urban developments.
- Client Exposure: Prior experience successfully delivering projects for the National Housing Company (NHC) or other major Saudi giga‑projects/governmental developers is highly advantageous.
- Technical
Skills:- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex landscape, grading, and MEP/irrigation engineering drawings.
- Expert knowledge of arid‑climate softscape materials, soil science, and water‑efficient irrigation technologies suitable for Riyadh.
- Strong mastery of local Saudi construction codes, municipal regulations, and international landscape construction standards.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to handle complex on‑site coordination.
- Professional Registration: Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required.
- Availability: Must be ready to mobilize and commence work on‑site on July 1st, 2026.
