In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional experiences across our digital platforms while leveraging your expertise in customer experience principles.

As an Experience Designer, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product management and development, to create user‑centered solutions that address our clients' needs.

• Lead and conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Develop detailed customer journey maps and personas to guide design initiatives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product teams to define design specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate design reviews, user testing sessions, and focus groups to gather insights and feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on findings from user feedback and usability testing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer experience design.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in experience design, UX/UI design, or related roles, with a robust portfolio showcasing your design processes and outcomes.
• CCXP certification is required.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in designing responsive applications for diverse platforms (web and mobile).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of front‑end development technologies is an advantage.

• Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
