We create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and photorealistic renders for client presentations and production planning. You will translate complex architectural blueprints into model‑ready specifications. Proficiency in Rhino, 3ds Max, or Sketch Up is required. Experience with V‑Ray or Lumion is a plus.

• Coordinate model production from initial client brief through to final delivery and installation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross‑team workflows across design, fabrication, and finishing departments.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing creative production teams.

• Support the design team in interpreting architectural drawings and translating them into model‑ready specifications.
• Assist with scale calculations, material selection, and quality review.
• Create realistic landscape elements for architectural scale models including terrain sculpting, vegetation, water features, and ground textures.
• Work with static grass, etched metal trees, and custom‑mixed materials.
• Architecture degree required. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Experience in miniature landscape or diorama work is highly valued.

• Operate and maintain CNC routers, laser cutters, and industrial 3D printers for precision model components.
• Program toolpaths using CAM software and ensure optimal material usage.
• Experience with ArtCAM, Fusion 360, or RhinoCAM preferred.
• Must be comfortable working with acrylic, wood, and resin materials.

• Inspect finished model components and assemblies against architectural specifications and Built Image quality standards.
• Document defects, coordinate rework, and sign off on models before client delivery.
• Detail‑oriented with experience in manufacturing QC or architectural model review.

• Apply automotive‑grade paints, textures, and finishes to architectural model components.
• Responsible for color matching from architectural specifications, airbrushing, hand‑painting fine details, and applying weathering effects.
• A keen eye for color accuracy and surface quality is essential.
