Senior Design​/Site Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Architect to join our dynamic team.

• Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Mentor junior architects and design team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on site experience.
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects from design through to execution.
• Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
