Senior Manager - Hospitality Design in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is a senior Hospitality opportunity with Parsons Corporation for an experienced design management professional who can coordinate hospitality asset design from initial briefing through delivery. The role supports guest experience, asset positioning, operator requirements, architecture, interiors, landscape, mock‑up rooms, FF&E, OS&E, design governance, consultant coordination, stakeholder alignment, and buildable design outcomes across complex hospitality and large‑scale development environments.

- Manage and coordinate design development for hospitality assets from early-stage briefs through concept, design development, approvals, construction coordination, and delivery.
- Ensure design outputs align with guest experience goals, asset positioning, operator requirements, project objectives, and the client's vision.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate consultant teams, hotel operator interfaces, internal stakeholders, and design inputs.
- Support delivery of integrated, compliant, buildable, operationally practical, and high-quality design solutions.
- Monitor design progress across project stages, ensuring deliverables, review cycles, approvals, decisions, and timelines are achieved.
- Drive design quality and integrity across architecture, interiors, landscape, guest touchpoints, public areas, back‑of‑house areas, and branded hospitality spaces.
- Review and coordinate design elements including mock‑up rooms, materials, finishes, FF&E, OS&E, layouts, specifications, and design presentations.
- Guide design decision‑making by evaluating options against operational requirements, technical standards, guest experience expectations, commercial objectives, and buildability.
- Coordinate across stakeholders to resolve design interfaces, design risks, technical gaps, review comments, and coordination issues.
- Ensure design packages comply with project briefs, operator standards, technical requirements, authority regulations, and applicable design standards.
- Support design governance and reporting through presentations, design review materials, meeting outputs, action trackers, and communication of design intent.
- Benchmark design solutions against global best‑in‑class hospitality standards and support innovation where it improves guest experience, quality, efficiency, or asset value.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs across architecture, interior design, landscape, engineering, commercial, procurement, operations, and construction teams.
- Support resolution of operator comments, authority requirements, consultant queries, design conflicts, and construction‑stage design coordination matters.
- Maintain strong focus on guest experience, functionality, service flow, accessibility, maintainability, durability, and brand alignment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design management standards, review processes, documentation systems, and project delivery practices.
- Use design management tools and platforms to support document control, review workflows, coordination tracking, and issue resolution.
- Prepare clear design reports, coordination notes, review summaries, presentation materials, and management updates.
- Maintain organized records of design decisions, approvals, risks, interfaces, comments, and stakeholder communications.
- Support knowledge sharing across hospitality assets and help strengthen internal design management capability.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Professional membership or recognized certification such as RIBA, AIA, RICS, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in design management, architecture, interior design, or hospitality design delivery.
- Strong design management capability across multiple design stages and complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience delivering high‑quality design outcomes for hospitality, luxury, mixed‑use, hotel, resort, or complex development projects.
