This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Riyadh for a Technical Manager with BIM experience. The Technical Manager will oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, including coordinating BIM models for architectural and interior finishes, ensuring accurate integration of Conmarble materials into design and construction documentation. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising technical teams, providing technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors.
The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, validating material performance, supporting R&D for new surface solutions, and maintaining quality and compliance with local and international standards. The Technical Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, documentation, and BIM standards to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models, and apply data‑driven decision‑making.
- Team management experience, including mentoring technical staff, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and promoting collaborative working practices.
- Hands‑on technical support capabilities, providing guidance on material applications, installation details, troubleshooting, and on‑site technical coordination.
- Experience in research and development (R&D), contributing to the evaluation, testing, and optimization of new finishes and surface solutions.
- Proven project management skills, overseeing planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency with BIM tools and workflows (e.g., Revit or similar), preferably within architectural, interior design, or construction contexts.
- Background in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related technical field; bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices, LEED or related certifications, and materials used in high‑end architectural finishes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic language skills are an advantage. Experience working in the Middle East.
